湿性老年性黄斑变性的抗血管内皮生长因子治疗探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨湿性老年性黄斑变性的抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗效果。方法选取福建医科大学附属协和医院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的80例湿性老年性黄斑变性患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例采用雷珠单抗治疗,观察组40例采用康柏西普治疗,均治疗3个月。对比患者VEGF、C反应蛋白(CRP)、早期糖尿病视网膜病变治疗研究(ETDRS)视力表视力、眼压(IOP)、黄斑区厚度。结果治疗前两组VEGF、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者CRP、VEGF水平均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组IOP、ETDRS视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者ETDRS高于对照组、IOP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者黄斑区厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后黄斑区厚度低于治疗前,且观察组患者黄斑区厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普治疗湿性老年性黄斑变性可有效改善患者VEGF、CRP水平、黄斑区厚度,提高视力,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in wet age-related macular degeneration.Methods A total of 80 patients with wet age-related macular degeneration who were admitted to Union Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Forty cases in the control group were treated with ranibizumab,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with conbercept,both of which were treated for 3 months.The VEGF,C-reactive protein(CRP),Early treatment diabetic retinopathy study(ETDRS)vision chart visual acuity,intraocular pressure(IOP),and macular thickness were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of VEGF and CRP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of CRP and VEGF in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than those of control group and,difference was significant(P<0.05);Before treatment There was no significant difference in IOP and ETDRS between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the ETDRS in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the IOP were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,the macular area of the two groups of patients There was no significant difference in thickness(P>0.05);The thickness of the macular area in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the thickness of the macular area in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a large difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Conbercept in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration can effectively improve the levels of VEGF,CRP,macular thickness,and improve visual acuity,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
