摘要
以江阴长江公路大桥为工程背景,建立局部钢桥面板有限元模型,利用大桥等效车辆荷载模型进行单轮和双轮作用下横向三种不同位置加载。对顶板与U肋连接焊缝处和横隔板弧形缺口处的应力状态进行分析,结果表明:在单轮和双轮荷载作用下,钢桥面板局部构造细节的横向最不利加载位置是一致的;在车载作用下,疲劳损伤更容易产生在顶板细节处。
The local finite element model of steel deck was set up based on Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge.Using the equivalent axle load model of the bridge,three different lateral single wheel and double wheels load were acted on it.The mechanical characteristics of the weld of roof connecting to U rib and arc gap of diaphragm were analyzed.The results show that under the action of single wheel and double wheels,for local structural details of steel deck,the most unfavorable lateral loading position is consistent;Under the action of wheel load,the fatigue damage is easier producing in the roof details.
