摘要 MMA防水材料以施工便捷、材料性能优异、施工工艺短等优点快速使用于各种大中型桥梁桥面铺装中,但使用过程中因防水层粘结力原因导致沥青路面质量问题也随之增多。以大型桥梁混凝土桥面板MMA防水层粘结力为研究内容,以沥青路面摊铺碾压质量问题为结果导向,对MMA防水层粘结力进行分层研究,并以拉脱实验为依据证明粘结力对沥青混凝土面层摊铺的直接影响,并给出粘结力合理的控制范围,以达到减少或避免沥青混凝土面层缺陷的目的。 With the rapid use of MMA waterproof materials in the deck pavement of various large and medium-sized bridge Bridges with the advantages of convenient construction,excellent material performance and short construction technology,the problems in the use process will inevitably increase,and the quality problems of asphalt pavement due to waterproof layer adhesion are also increased.This paper takes the bonding force of MMA waterproof layer of large bridge concrete deck slab as the result orientation,studies the binding force of MMA waterproof layer,and proves the direct influence of bonding force on asphalt concrete surface layer,and gives a reasonable control range to reduce or avoid the defects of asphalt concrete surface layer.
