摘要
基于南京绕城公路长江二桥至长江五桥路段立体化扩容改造项目案例,研究既有公路功能定位、交通现状、立体化扩容条件,在考虑充分利用既有通道走廊的基础上,进行立体化扩容研究,分析对立体化扩容改造的关键性技术问题的认识及对策,从功能定位及技术标准的论证、大数据的运用、与城市规划的融合、智慧交通的实践等方面进行阐述,从而构建功能清晰、组织顺畅的立体层系统,建造功能完善、转换高效的地面层系统,满足内部组团的差异化交通需求,提升交通通勤效率。
In the case of Nanjing Ring road Yangtze river Second bridge to Yangtze river Fifth bridge sections covering three-dimensional expansion renovation project,the existing road function,traffic status,three-dimensional expansion conditions,on the basis of considering make full use of both a corridor,was studied by means of three-dimensional expansion.Expansion and analysis of the three-dimensional reconstruction of the understanding of the key technical problems and countermeasures,from the function orientation and technical standards of argumentation,the use of big data,and the integration of urban planning,the practice of the intelligent traffic,and other aspects were analyzed.Then,these build functional organizations,clear smooth three-dimensional layer system,build perfect functions,conversion efficiency of ground floor system,satisfied the differentiated traffic needs of internal groups and improve the efficiency of traffic and commuting.
