摘要
为了进一步提升沥青路面平整度施工质量,宜长高速公路采用信息化监管系统对沥青路面施工过程中的混合料温度、摊铺速度、铺面布置及碾压组合等参数进行全过程监管,并对平整度的检测数据作相关性分析,结合相关性分析结果,对工艺过程提出对应的优化。结果表明引入信息化监管系统,使得施工质量控制更加精准、便捷,有效地保证了路面质量,提高了路面平整度,为未来沥青路面施工质量进一步提高提供了可靠的信息化手段和方法。
In order to further improve the smoothness of asphalt pavement construction quality,Yichang highway using informatization supervision system of asphalt pavement construction in the process of mixture temperature and spreading velocity,paving and rolling parameters such as the whole process of supervision,and the leveling correlation analysis of the detection data of the degree,combined with the results of the correlation analysis,put forward the corresponding optimization of process.The results show that the introduction of information supervision system makes the construction quality control more accurate and convenient,effectively guarantees the quality of the road surface,improves the road surface roughness,and provides a reliable information means and methods for further improvement of the construction quality of asphalt pavement in the future.
