摘要
介绍了异型钢轧制技术的行业现状,针对异型钢温降过快导致产品难以轧制、轧制过程金属填充效果差、截面连续变形不稳定等技术难题,采用理论研究与课题攻关相结合的方式,提出了“2+6”的全新轧制工艺流程,减少了轧制道次,缩短了轧制时间,解决了产品温降过大导致钢种难以轧制的行业难题;开发了系统性孔型设计新技术,改善了热态金属在轧辊孔型中的填充效果,解决了复杂断面的孔型设计难题;研发了轧机微张力控制技术,保证了各架机组间按微小张力进行轧制,解决了复杂断面的连续变形难题。异型钢轧制关键技术研发成功后,已在国内多个用户现场投产应用,实现了异型钢产品的批量生产和高端装备国产化。
This paper introduces the industry status of special-shaped steel rolling technology.In view of the technical problems such as difficult rolling of products caused by too fast temperature drop of special-shaped steel,poor metal filling effect in rolling process and unstable continuous deformation of section,this paper puts forward a new“2+6”rolling process by combining theoretical research with subject research,which reduces rolling passes and shortens rolling time.It solves the industry problem that the steel grade is difficult to roll due to the excessive temperature drop of the product.A new systematic pass design technology is developed,the filling effect of hot metal in roll pass is improved,and the difficult problem of pass design with complex section is solved.The micro tension control technology of rolling mill is developed to ensure that each unit is rolled according to the micro tension,and the problem of continuous deformation of complex section is solved.After the successful research and development of the key technology of profile steel rolling,it has been put into operation and applied in many users in China,realizing the mass production of profile steel products and the localization of high-end equipment.
