摘要 随着智能化、信息化的技术的发展,炼钢厂对智慧炼钢有迫切需求。文章介绍了目前国内智慧炼钢的的发展情况现状以及智慧炼钢实现过程中面临的问题。论述了炼钢过程的质量信息和大数据跟踪与共享、设备运行状态的监控对智慧炼钢与远程监控及故障诊断运维的重要性,以及大数据、5G、云服务、数字孪生等技术的对智慧炼钢的远程监控及故障诊断运维支撑与推动作用,提出过程控制智能化和管理协同智慧化是智慧炼钢的发展方向,总结了发展智慧炼钢需要解决的技术问题,为我国钢铁工业的发展提供了指导作用。 With the development of intelligent and information technology,steelmaking plants have an urgent need for intelligent steelmaking.This article introduces the current development status of domestic smart steelmaking and the problems faced in the realization of smart steelmaking.It also discusses the importance of tracking and sharing of quality information and big data in the steelmaking process,monitoring of equipment operating status to smart steelmaking,remote monitoring,and fault diagnosis and operation and maintenance,as well as the supporting and promoting effect of big data,5G,cloud services,digital twins and other technologies on the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis operation and maintenance of smart steelmaking.It is proposed that process control intelligence and management collaborative intelligence are the development direction of smart steelmaking,and the technical problems that need to be solved in the development of smart steelmaking are summarized,which can be provided as an industrial guidance for the development of domestic steelmaking.
