板坯扇形段辊缝液压控制形式研究分析

摘要 扇形段是板坯连铸机铸坯导向系统设备的主体单机设备之一,其辊缝控制方式及辊缝精度对铸坯的质量起着至关重要的决定性作用,直接影响着连铸机的整体技术性能,标志着连铸机的先进水平。本文对板坯连铸机扇形段夹紧机构的几种常用形式,以及各自所采用的液压控制形式进行了全面介绍。对其各自辊缝的调整与控制原理及方式都做出了详细的比对,阐明了各自的优越性。对于板坯连铸机扇形段辊缝调整与控制方式的设计与选型具有积极的借鉴与指导意义。 The segment is one of the main equipment of slab guiding system of slab continuous caster.The roll gap control mode and precision of roll gap play a crucial role in slab quality,it directly affects the whole technical performance of the continuous caster and marks the advanced level of the continuous caster.In this paper,several common clamping methods of segment of slab caster are introduced in detail,the control and adjustment types of roller gap are compared in detail,and their advantages are expounded,it has a positive reference and guiding significance for the design and selection of roll gap control mode of slab continuous caster segment.
