原位同步测量薄膜材料磨损量试验机的设计

摘要 磨损量是评定材料耐磨性、控制产品质量和研究摩擦磨损机理的一个重要指标,鉴于目前已有的各种确定材料磨损量测量方法应用的局限性,不适合精准确定两种不同薄膜耐磨性的微小差异。为了准确比较两种不同薄膜材料的耐磨性,本文研发一种新型原位精准测量材料磨损量的摩擦磨损试验机,可以在同一设备上同时对两种不同材料进行摩擦磨损实验及磨损量的测试,大大减小因移动而产生的测量误差,特别适用于精准比较两种不同薄膜材料耐磨性的微小差异,可广泛适用于对金属材料、陶瓷材料、工程塑料等复合材料固体材料表面耐磨性的测试。 The wear is an important index to evaluate the wear resistance of materials,control the product quality and study the friction and wear mechanism.In view of the low accuracy of the current measurement method for determining the materials wear,it is not suitable to accurately determine the small difference in wear resistance of two different films materials.To accurately comparing the wear resistance of two different film materials,a new type of friction and wear tester for in-situ accurate measuring wear quantity of materials is developed in this paper.Friction and wear experiments and wear tests are carried out at the same position,which greatly reduces the measurement error caused by movement.It is especially suitable for accurate comparison of small differences in wear resistance of two different thin film materials,and can be widely used in the test of surface wear resistance of metal materials,ceramic materials,engineering plastics and other composite solid materials.
