Clinical application of PSMA molecular probe in non-prostate tumors

近年来,以前列腺癌特异性膜抗原(PSMA)为靶点的正电子发射计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)显像在前列腺癌的早期诊断、分期、疗效评价及生化复发监测等方面取得了巨大的成功。然而,随着研究的进展,越来越多的研究发现PSMA在肾癌、肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、神经胶质瘤等非前列腺肿瘤中也存在表达。本文综述了PSMA在非前列腺肿瘤中的最新研究进展,旨在为临床应用提供有益的参考。

In recent years,positron emission tomography and computed tomography(PET/CT)imaging with prostate-specific membrane antigen(PSMA)as the target has achieved great success in the early diagnosis,staging,efficacy evaluation and biochemical recurrence monitoring of prostate cancer(PCa).However,with the development of research,more and more studies have found that PSMA is also expressed in kidney cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,thyroid cancer,glioma and other non-prostate tumors.This article reviews the latest research progress of PSMA in non-prostate tumors,aiming to provide a useful reference for clinical applications.
