富血小板血浆在口腔种植骨再生中的应用效果研究

Study on the effect of platelet-rich plasma in bone regeneration of oral implants

目的研究口腔种植骨再生手术中应用富血小板血浆的疗效及骨组织的再生状况。方法80例口腔种植骨再生治疗患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各40例。两组均给予人工骨粉植骨手术治疗,实验组联合富血小板血浆进行口腔植骨手术。对比两组术后骨密度、组织学检查结果及临床效果。结果X线影像显示,术后1、3、6个月,两组患者植骨区域的骨密度均明显提升,且术后6个月实验组骨密度提升幅度明显大于对照组。术后6个月,实验组骨组织面积占比(17.00±3.21)%高于对照组的(4.89±1.23)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组骨吸收率0低于对照组的20.00%,骨缺损平均增加骨量占比(75.00±10.00)%高于对照组的(20.00±7.00)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富血小板血浆在促进口腔种植骨再生中临床效果显著,且能够降低骨吸收率,安全性较高,值得口腔科的临床医师应用。

Objective To study the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma in bone regeneration of oral implants and regeneration of bone tissue.Methods A total of 80 patients with bone regeneration of oral implants were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received artificial bone powder for bone grafting surgery,while the experimental group was also given oral bone grafting surgery combined with platelet-rich plasma.The postoperative bone mineral density,histological examination results and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results X-ray images showed that at 1,3,and 6 months after surgery,the bone mineral density in the bone graft area of the two groups was significantly improved,and the increase in bone mineral density of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group at 6 months after surgery.At 6 months after surgery,the proportion of bone tissue area(17.00±3.21)% of the experimental group was higher than(4.89±1.23)% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone resorption rate 0 of the experimental group was lower than 20.00% of the control group,and the proportion of average increase of bone mass in bone loss(75.00±10.00)% was higher than(20.00±7.00)% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet-rich plasma has a significant clinical effect in promoting bone regeneration in oral implants,and can reduce bone resorption rate with high safety.It is worthy of application by dental clinicians.
