中药电热海盐奄包联合音频治疗仪在妇科腹腔镜术后肠蠕动功能恢复中的应用效果研究

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine electric heating sea salt pack combined with audio therapy device in the recovery of intestinal peristalsis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨中药电热海盐奄包联合音频治疗仪在妇科腹腔镜术后肠蠕动功能恢复过程中的应用效果。方法60例妇科腹腔镜术后患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上实施中药电热海盐奄包联合音频治疗仪辅助治疗。对比两组患者治疗7 d后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平及术后首次肠鸣音时间、恢复正常排气时间、恢复正常排便时间、住院时间。结果治疗7 d后,观察组血清CRP、DAO水平分别为(38.21±13.46)mg/L、(3.97±0.28)U/ml,均低于对照组的(56.18±9.56)mg/L、(5.86±0.46)U/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后首次肠鸣音、恢复正常排气、恢复正常排便及住院时间分别为(2.2±0.8)、(2.4±1.2)、(2.8±0.6)、(7.4±1.6)d,均短于对照组的(3.2±1.4)、(3.6±1.4)、(4.1±1.6)、(9.1±1.9)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药电热海盐奄包联合音频治疗仪对于妇科腹腔镜术后肠蠕动功能恢复具有辅助治疗作用,优化了治疗效果,缩短了患者的住院时间,且操作简单、安全,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To discuss the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine electric heating sea salt pack combined with audio therapy device in the recovery of bowel function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with adjuvant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine electric heating sea salt pack combined with audio therapy device on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and serum diamine oxidase(DAO)levels after 7 d of treatment,time to first bowel sounds,recovery time of normal exhaust,recovery time of normal defecation,and hospitalization time.Results After 7 d of treatment,the serum CRP and DAO levels of the observation group were(38.21±13.46)mg/L and(3.97±0.28)U/mll,which were lower than(56.18±9.56)mg/L and(5.86±0.46)U/ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to first bowel sounds,recovery time of normal exhaust,recovery time of normal defecation,and hospitalization time in the observation group were(2.2±0.8),(2.4±1.2),(2.8±0.6),and(7.4±1.6)d,which were shorter than(3.2±1.4),(3.6±1.4),(4.1±1.6),and(9.1±1.9)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine electric heating sea salt pack combined with audio therapy device has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on the recovery of intestinal peristalsis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,which can optimize the therapeutic effect,shortens the patient’s hospitalization time.It is simple and safe to operate,and is of great significance for clinical promotion.
