摘要
高校领导者需要从全局性、系统性角度出发,解决高校信息化进程中的深层次问题。研究采用扎根理论方法,以A大学作为案例单位,建构“高校领导者信息化领导力作用机制模型”。其中,激发信息化变革动机、创建信息化变革支持体系、设计信息化变革路线、实施信息化变革项目、评估信息化变革成果作为五个行为要素,构成高校领导者信息化力实践闭环。信息化领导力、选择信息化变革策略、识别信息化变革阻力、建设信息化文化四个要素作为干预条件要素贯穿于信息化领导力实践全过程。九要素相互协调,系统性地提升了高校领导者信息化领导力作用的有效性,为高校信息化深化发展提供关键动力。
University leaders need to solve the deep-rooted problems in the process of informatization in universities from the overall and systematic perspective.This study adopts the grounded theory,takes University A as an example,and constructs " an action mechanism model of informatization leadership of university leaders ".Among them,stimulating the motivation,creating the support system,designing the route,implementing the projects and evaluating the results of informatization change are the five behavioral elements,which constitute the practice closed loop of informatization power of university leaders.The four elements of informatization leadership,choosing informatization change strategies,identifying informatization change resistance and building informatization culture are used as intervention conditions,which run through the whole process of informatization leadership practice.The nine elements coordinate with each other,systematically improve the effectiveness of university leaders’ informatization leadership and provide a key driving force for the deepening development of informatization in universities.
