局灶脉络膜凹陷与各种眼底疾病的关联及影像学研究进展

Correlation between focal choroidal excavation and various fundus diseases and advances in imaging research

局灶脉络膜凹陷(FCE)是指局限性的视网膜和脉络膜的部分结构向脉络膜凹陷的临床征象,并且不伴有巩膜扩张及后巩膜葡萄肿。其概念的提出是谱域光学相干断层扫描(SD-OCT)发展的结果,FCE是通过OCT检测并诊断的特殊的眼部体征。随着OCT的广泛运用,临床医师对于FCE也在进一步加深,关于FCE的认识需要更新。同时,随着FCE在多种眼底疾病中被发现,其临床意义及对各种眼底病变病程的影响,有待进一步研究。

Focal choroidal excavation(FCE)refers to the clinical sign of localized choroidal excavation of some structures of retina and choroid,without scleral expansion and posterior staphyloma.The concept was put forward due to the development of spectral domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT).FCE is a special ophthalmic sign detected and diagnosed by OCT.With the extensive application of OCT,the understandings of FCE are further deepened,which also need to be updated.We intensively investigated FCE and its correlation with underlying diseases.Meanwhile,with the discovery of FCE in a variety of fundus diseases,its clinical significance and its impact on the development of various fundus diseases need to be further studied.
