揿针在眼科的临床应用

揿针是皮内针的一种,以作用持久、无毒副反应、操作简便、无痛苦为特点。该疗法把中医腧穴理论和皮部理论相结合,采用古代的“静以久留”的思想,对皮部有较长时间的持续的刺激,从而达到预防和治疗疾病的目的。目前被广泛应用于临床,主要用于治疗失眠、面瘫、带状疱疹等疾病,近年来,才逐渐扩展到眼科的临床治疗中,主要用于治疗青少年近视、干眼、视疲劳、青光眼、麦粒肿等常见疾病。揿针的临床疗效可与传统针刺相媲美,甚至在某些指标上优于针刺疗法,且比传统针刺更安全。经过对现有文献的分析发现,揿针在眼科的应用还很局限,且临床研究多为小样本量研究或者个案报道,缺乏高质量的循证医学依据,因此,今后可增加临床大样本研究,并形成诊疗规范,为拓展揿针在眼科的应用提供依据。

Press-needle is a kind of intradermal needle,which is characterized by long-lasting effect,non-toxic side effects,simple operation and no pain.This therapy combines the acupoint theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the skin theory,and adopts the ancient idea of"staying long while staying quiet"to stimulate the skin for a long time,so as to prevent and treat diseases.At present,it is widely used in clinic,mainly for the treatment of insomnia,facial paralysis,herpes zoster and other diseases.In recent years,it has gradually expanded to the clinical treatment of ophthalmology,mainly for the treatment of juvenile myopia,dry eye,visual fatigue,glaucoma,hordeolum and other common diseases.The clinical effect of press-needle is comparable to that of traditional acupuncture,and even better than acupuncture therapy in some indexes,and safer.Through the analysis of the existing literature,it is found that the application of press-needle in ophthalmology is still very limited,and most clinical studies are small sample size studies or case reports,lacking high-quality evidence-based medicine basis.Therefore,in the future,the number of clinical large sample studies could be increased,and diagnosis and treatment standards could be formed,so as to provide basis for expanding the application of press-needle in ophthalmology.
