摘要
开展我国铁路运输能源消耗及碳减排潜力研究是推动交通运输行业“绿色转型”、助力“双碳”目标实现的关键举措之一。梳理我国铁路运输能源消耗与强度现状,明确我国铁路运输碳减排发展趋势,构建基于LEAPS的我国铁路运输能源消耗及碳减排潜力模型,进行情景分析,以验证所提模型的有效性、适用性,并提出铁路运输节能减排发展策略,为推进铁路运输领域节能减排、实现“双碳”目标提供支撑。
The research on the potential of energy consumption and carbon emission reduction of China's railway transportation is one of the key measures to promote the"green transformation"of the transportation industry and to help achieve the goal of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality".Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's railway transportation energy consumption and intensity,defines the development trend of China's railway transportation carbon emission reduction,constructs China's railway transportation energy consumption and carbon emission reduction potential model based on LEAPS.Then scenario analysis is made to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model.Finally,the development strategy of railway transportation energy conservation and emission reduction is put forward,so as to provide support for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in railway transportation and realizing the goal of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality".
