摘要 [目的/意义]科技情报动态作为情报分析、研究工作中重要的第一手基础数据源,能够实时反映科技领域的最新研究热点和变革趋势。基层情报工作团队如何构建、优化科技情报动态监测网络,并据此开展先导性技术预警,成为发挥科技情报前瞻性、预见性、决策支持性等功能的重中之重。[方法/过程]文章围绕构建科技情报动态监测与技术预警体系架构思路,从前端简练、处理并行、预警聚焦三个维度入手,构建、优化、实践了高敏捷性科技情报动态监测与技术预警工作体系与方法措施。[结果/结论]基于监测预警体系,可有效实现对科技前沿态势的敏捷监测,并根据析出热点开展深度剖析。这一体系对于发挥情报团队前瞻性优势,提升基层情报工作质效,促进基层企事业单位技术创新点快速转化为生产力具有参鉴作用。 [Purpose/significance]As an important first-hand basic data source in information analysis and research work,dynamic science and technology information can reflect the latest research hotspots and the major change trends of core technologies in the field of scientific research.It is important for the grass-roots information team to build,optimize the dynamic monitoring network of science and technology information,and accordingly carry out technology early warning,and further provide forward-looking,foresight,decision support.[Method/process]Based on front-end conciseness,processing parallelism and early warning focus,the article builds and optimizes a highly agile science and technology information dynamic monitoring and technology early warning system architecture,and proposes new methods.[Result/conclusion]The research and practice results indicate that the above monitoring and early warning system can effectively achieve agile monitoring of science and technology frontier situation,and carry out in-depth analysis according to the results of hot spots mining.This system can provide references for taking forward-looking advantages of information team,improving the quality and efficiency of grass-roots information work,and promoting the rapid transformation of technological innovation points of enterprises into productivity.
