虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作影响因素组态分析

Configuration Analysis of Influencing Factors of Scientific Researcher’s Cooperation in Virtual Academic Community

[目的/意义]作为科研人员思想碰撞以及产生新知识的重要科研合作平台,虚拟学术社区逐渐成为主流的学术交流场所,探究虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作的影响因素有利于有针对性地提升科研人员合作的积极性和主动性,促进虚拟学术社区健康发展。[方法/过程]基于对相关理论的归纳和梳理,提取影响虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作的7个因素,构建影响因素组态分析模型,通过调查问卷收集数据,使用模糊集定性比较分析法进行实证研究,从组态视角分析不同影响因素对虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作的影响路径。[结果/结论]研究发现,绩效期望、感知愉悦性、互惠、社会影响、努力期望、激励机制、促成因素共同影响科研人员合作,或为核心条件或为辅助条件均对科研人员合作产生影响,触发科研人员合作形成的组态共有6种,不同因素之间的组合效应均能驱动虚拟学术社区中的科研人员合作。根据研究结果,对促进虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作提出相应的建议。

[Purpose/significance] As an important scientific research cooperation platform for researchers to collide ideas and generate new knowledge,virtual academic communities have gradually become mainstream academic exchange places.Exploring the influencing factors of scientific research cooperation in virtual academic communities is conducive to us to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of scholars in scientific research cooperation,and promote the healthy development of virtual academic communities.[Method/process] Through summarizing and combing the related theories,this paper extracts 7 factors that affect scientific research cooperation of virtual academic community to construct a research model,and proposing related hypotheses.And then using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis to conduct empirical research,and it analyzes the influence path of different influencing factors on the virtual academic community from the configuration perspective.[Result/conclusion] The study found that performance expectancy,perceived pleasure,reciprocity,social influence,effort expectancy,incentive mechanisms and facilitating conditions jointly affect scientific research cooperation.The study found that the seven conditional variables were either the core condition or the auxiliary condition,all having an impact on the results.There are six antecedents that trigger the formation of scientific research cooperation.The combined effects of different factors can all drive scientific research cooperation in virtual academic communities.Based on the research results,corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy development of the virtual academic community.
