组态视角下网络舆情衍生话题形成路径研究——基于微博数据的模糊集定性比较分析

Research on the Formation Path of Network Public Opinion Derivative Topics from the Configuration Perspective:A Qualitative Comparative Analysis of Fuzzy Sets Based on Weibo Data

[目的/意义]舆情衍生效应使得舆情更加复杂多变,增加了政府舆情治理的难度和风险。因此掌握网络舆情衍生话题的形成路径能够提高对衍生话题的预见性,从而及时有效地控制和应对衍生舆情。[方法/过程]文章构建了以舆情主体和客体为核心的衍生话题形成分析框架,通过采集20个代表性微博话题数据,利用模糊集定性比较分析法,探究衍生话题形成路径。[结果/结论]研究表明,衍生话题的形成存在4种组态路径,舆情主体要素在衍生话题的形成中发挥了主要作用,媒体和公众的参与是衍生话题形成的重要因素。

[Purpose/significance] The derivative effect of public opinion makes public opinion more complex and changeable,which increases the difficulty and risk of government public opinion governance.Therefore,mastering the formation path of derivative topics of network public opinions can improve the predictability of derivative topics,so as to timely and effectively control and respond to derivative public opinions.[Method/process] This article constructs an analysis framework for the formation of derivative topics with the subject and object of public opinion as the core.By collecting 20 representative microblog topic data,using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method,the formation path of derivative topics is explored.[Result/conclusion] Studies have shown that there are four configuration paths for the formation of derivative topics.The main elements of public opinion play a major role in the formation of derivative topics.The participation of the media and the public is an important factor in the formation of derivative topics.
