网络社区核心用户识别研究:概念、方法与展望

Research on the Core User Identification in Online Communities:Concepts,Methods and Prospects

[目的/意义]网络社区核心用户对社区管理存在着巨大的潜在价值,其识别问题研究也具有重要的理论和实践意义,系统梳理现有研究成果与趋势、展望研究方向,能够促进该领域研究进一步深化。[方法/过程]文章在对核心用户相关概念辨析的基础上,从理论与研究方法视角出发,系统梳理了核心用户识别的研究进展,总结和分析了目前该研究领域中常用的5类研究方法,展望了未来的研究方向。[结果/结论]过去的近20年间,网络社区核心用户识别得到了深入广泛的研究,也存在一些不足之处;网络数据获取和挖掘技术以及高阶社会网络分析方法的发展,有望扩展该问题的研究思路,完善研究方法,进一步提高核心用户识别的效果和效率。

[Purpose/significance] Core users of online community has great potential value for community management.The research on their identification also has important theoretical and practical significance.A systematic review of existing research and put forward research prospects can promote the further deepening of research in this field.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of concepts related to core user identification,from the perspective of theory and research methods,this paper systematically summarized the research advances of core user identification,analyzed and discussed the five types of research methods commonly used and put forward to the future research in this field.[Result/conclusion] In the past two decades,the core user identification problem has been deeply and extensively studied,but there are also some defects.With the development of network data acquisition and mining technology and high-order social network analysis methods,we can expect to expand the research thinking and improve research methods of this problem,increase the effect and accuracy of core user identification in online communities.
