新时代西藏农牧区意识形态工作探讨

Discussion on ideological work in Tibet’s farming and pastoral areas in the new era

意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作。“治国必治边,治边先稳藏”,稳藏之要,在于以高质量发展为基础,持续深入开展意识形态工作,举旗定向,凝聚人心。地理分布、人口数量、经济社会发展水平等因素综合作用,决定了西藏意识形态工作难点和重点,都是在广大农牧区。文章分析了当前西藏农牧区意识形态工作的基本态势,提出了进一步改进和创新的路径思考。

Ideological work is a very important work of the Party. "To govern the country, we must govern the border region, and to govern the border region, we must first stabilize Tibet." The key to maintaining stability is to continue and deepen ideological work on the basis of high-quality and quantitative development, to raise the flag and unite people. Geographical distribution, population size, economic and social development level and other factors determine the difficulties and priorities of ideological work in Tibet, all of which are in the vast farming and pastoral areas. This paper analyzes the basic situation of the ideological work in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet at present, and puts forward the path thinking of further improvement and innovation.
