肉制品冷库流场及温度场数值模拟

摘要 衡量一个冷库制冷效果的方法之一是考察冷库内的流动速度和温度分布,在相同制冷功率的情况下,供风参数和结构设计会对制冷效果产生影响。针对传统研究方法的局限性,针对某一肉制品冷库建立网格模型,并采用FLUENT软件对冷库内不同供风速度、供风温度和送风位置下的速度及温度场进行了数值模拟,计算得到了冷库内气体流动的速度和温度分布。根据计算结果,在冷风机供风速度为6 m·s^(-1),供风温度为-25℃,且冷风机安装在冷库宽度方向上,货架平行于吹风方向放置时,冷库制冷效果最佳。为小型冷库的结构优化提供了参考。 One of the methods to measure the cooling effect of a cold storage is to examine the flow velocity and temperature distribution in the cold storage. In the case of the same cooling power, the air supply parameters and structural design will have an impact on the cooling effect. In view of the limitations of traditional research methods, a grid model was established for a certain meat product cold storage, and the FLUENT software was used to numerically simulate the speed and temperature field under different air supply speeds, air supply temperatures and air supply positions in the cold storage. The velocity and temperature distribution of the gas flow in the cold storage are obtained. According to the calculation results, when the air supply speed of the air cooler is 6m/s, the air supply temperature is-25 ℃, and the air cooler is installed in the width direction of the cold storage and the shelf is placed parallel to the blowing direction, the cooling effect of the cold storage is the best. It provides a reference for the structural optimization of small cold storage.
