建筑工程施工管理中的问题和对策探讨

Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures in Construction Management of Construction Engineering

随着我国社会的整体发展,人民对生活质量的要求也在日益提高,在国家出台各项政策保障民生的同时,作为建设祖国的第一线,建筑行业也应该积极思考目前建设施工中存在的问题,并结合实际情况进行改革创新,在改革中不断进取,为社会的基础建设提供有力的保障。此文从建筑施工管理方向出发,简单分析了目前施工管理的问题,并根据这些问题为依据,提出了一些建议,以期为建筑施工管理的发展提供些许参考。

With the overall development of China's society,people's requirements for the quality of life are also increasing.While the state has issued various policies to protect people's livelihood,as the front line of building the motherland,the construction industry should also actively think about the problems existing in the current construction,carry out reform and innovation in combination with the actual situation,make continuous progress in the reform,and provide a strong guarantee for social infrastructure.Starting from the direction of construction management,this paper briefly analyzes the problems of current construction management,and puts forward some suggestions based on these problems,in order to provide some reference for the development of construction management.
