摘要
我国工业生产中已经广泛地应用压力容器,在一些特殊气体和液体密封储存中应用尤其广泛。很多气体或者液体的腐蚀性和挥发性较强,压力容器只有密闭性和质量达标才能满足工业需要。焊接技术是影响压力容器密闭程度的一个非常重要的因素,为了进一步提高焊接质量,需要明确当前常见各种焊接技术,加强分析焊接过程中常见质量问题,并且采取有效的质量优化办法,提升压力容器焊接技术水平,进而全面提高压力容器应用效果。
Pressure vessels have been widely used in China's industrial production,especially in the sealed storage of some special gases and liquids.Many gases or liquids are highly corrosive and volatile.Only when the tightness and quality of pressure vessels meet the standards can they meet the industrial needs.Welding technology is a very important factor affecting the tightness of pressure vessels.In order to further improve the welding quality,it is necessary to clarify the current common welding technologies,strengthen the analysis of common quality problems in the welding process,and take effective quality optimization methods to improve the welding technology level of pressure vessels,so as to comprehensively improve the application effect of pressure vessels.
