摘要
吲哚及其衍生物是重要的有机合成中间体,广泛存在于天然产物、医药和农药等功能分子中。吲哚的官能化转化可以通过多种途径实现,如氧化、还原、亲核加成、氧化偶联等。文中主要综述了部分常见的吲哚N1和C2~C7的C(N)-H键选择性官能化。
Indole and its derivatives are important intermediates in organic synthesis and widely exist in natural products,pharmaceuticals and pesticides.The functionalization of indoles can be realized by many methods,such as oxidation,reduction,nucleophilic addition,oxidative coupling and so on.This paper mainly reviews the selective functionalization of N1 and C2~C7 of indoles.
