摘要
目的:基于生物标签模式预测防己主要有效成分的治疗潜能和作用机制。方法:通过液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)预测防己的化学成分,并通过防己的相关文献分析。在Pubchem中下载防己有效成分的2D结构,然后使用数据库(SwissTargetPrediction)预测防己的每个成分靶点。使用Cytoscape3.6.1建构“药物-成分-靶点-通路”网络。结果:筛选出8个活性成分、56个潜在靶点、96种相关疾病。结论:防己在肿瘤、神经系统、类风湿等疾病的治疗方面具有多成分、多靶点及多途径协同作用的特点,通过生物标签模式分析防己有效成分及作用机制,并为进一步开发防己新功能提供研究基础。
Objective:To predict the therapeutic potential and mechanism of the main effective components of Radix Tetrandrrhizae radix based on biometric labeling model.Methods:The chemical constituents of P.officinalis were predicted by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)and verified by relevant literatures.2D structures of the active ingredients of Stephania tetrandra were downloaded from Pubchem and each component target of Radix tetrandrrhizae was predicted using swisstar prediction database.Use Cytoscape3.6.1 to construct a“drug-component-target-pathway”network.Results:Eight active ingredients,56 potential targets and 96 related diseases were screened out.Conclusion:Radix tetrandrrhizae has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway synergistic action in the treatment of tumor,nervous system,rheumatoid diseases,etc.The effective components and mechanism of RADIX tetrandrrhizae were analyzed by bio-label model,and the research basis for further development of new functions of RADIX tetrandrrhizae was provided.
