摘要
利用化合物自由蒸发过程Langmuir关系,采取阶梯升温方式,在测定温度范围内较低的温度点恒温一定时间,获得满足测定精度所需要的质量损失,升温到下一温度点进行测定,直至最高温度,建立采用热失重法快速测定化合物吩胺霉素纯品低温饱和蒸气压的方法。吩胺霉素纯品25℃时的饱和蒸气压为5.903×10^(-6) Pa。结果表明,利用热重法测定化合物的较低蒸汽压,是传统蒸汽压测定方法的很好补充,其结果与文献数据符合较好。测定方法系统误差低于1%。
Using of compound free Langmuir evaporation process and a step heating method in the measured temperature range of low temperature constant temperature for a certain time,to meet the determination of mass loss of precision needed,up to the next point temperature were measured to the highest point,established the thermogravimetric analysis method for rapid determination of compound lincomycin pure hybenzate products in low vapor pressure.Hybenzate mycin pure saturated vapor pressure was 5.903×10^(-6) Pa at 25℃.The results show that the lower vapor pressure of the compound is a good supplement to the traditional steam pressure measurement method,and the results are in good agreement with the literature data.Measurement system error is less than 1%.
