针对某公司水煤浆气化关键设备运行10年来在生产过程中出现的问题,从原始设计和设备结构以及工艺条件等方面进行了详细分析,并采取了相应的措施进行设备改造,取得了节能降耗、降本增效,达到了水煤浆气化高负荷、长周期运行的目的。

In view of the problems in the operation of GE cws gasification key equipment in our plant in the past 10 years,this paper makes a detailed analysis from the aspects of original design,equipment structure and process conditions,and adopts the corresponding measures to carry out the equipment transformation,energy-saving,cost-reducing and efficiency-increasing have been achieved,and the aim of high load and long period operation of cws gasification has been achieved.
