有效降低胺液再生装置能耗分析

摘要 介绍了中国石化济南炼化公司胺液再生装置,并对其进行能耗分析,总结其能耗影响大的因素主要有胺液浓度、胺液温度、热稳态盐等,并通过一定的改进措施发现,调整再生塔适当的回流比、适当的胺液温度并保持一定的胺液浓度、降低杂质及热稳态盐含量都有利于装置能耗的降低。 The amine regeneration unit of Sinopec Jinan company was introduced,and its energy consumption was analyzed,and the result showed that the main factors affecting its energy consumption were amine concentration,amine temperature,thermal steady-state salt,etc.And we found that was conducive to the reduction of energy consumption through certain improvement measures by adjusting the appropriate reflux ratio and amine temperature of the regeneration tower and maintaining a certain amine concentration,and reducing the content of impurities and thermal steady-state salt.
