摘要
海洋石油平台大型组块因尺寸大、吨位重,通常分为若干分片进行车间预制,场地高空组对集成、分片的尺寸精度直接决定了各分片能否精确集成对接。本文通过分析某大型深水半潜平台上部组块分片空间分布特点,提出了车间预制、场地总装集成的尺寸精度控制方法。结果表明,本书所述方法可有效控制各分片尺寸精度,保证总装集成合拢。
Due to the large size and heavy tonnage,the large blocks of offshore oil platform are usually divided into several pieces for workshop prefabrication and high-altitude assembly integration.The dimensional accuracy of the pieces directly determines whether the pieces can be accurately integrated and connected.Based on the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of the upper block of a large deep-water semi-submersible platform,a dimensional precision control method of workshop prefabrication and site assembly integration is proposed in this paper.The results show that the method described in this book can effectively control the dimensional accuracy of each piece and ensure the final assembly integration.
