摘要
本项目结合资源再生企业产生的非甲烷总烃、油烟和恶臭废气特点,设计建造了一套处理规模为23000 m^(3)的处理系统,采用“碱式喷淋+丝网过滤+气液换热器+丝网过滤+高压静电除油+乳化喷淋+干式过滤+活性炭吸附”工艺对其废气进行处理。处理设备出口非甲烷总烃、油烟和恶臭的质量浓度分别为9.2,5.8 mg/m^(3)和604(无量纲),均满足《合成树脂工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31572—2015)、《纺织染整工业大气污染物排放标准》(DB 33/962—2015)和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554—1993),系统对非甲烷总烃、油烟和恶臭的去除效率分别为89.3%,98.2%和82.7%。该处理系统具有运行稳定、去除效率高和管理方便的优点,可为国内同类废气处理提供参考。
Considering the characteristics of non-methane total hydrocarbon,oil fume and malodorous waste gas treatment projects in resource regeneration enterprises,designed a set of processing scale with 23000 m^(3) processing system,and the treatment process of"alkali spray+screen filtration+gas-liquid heat exchanger+screen filtration+high-pressure electrostatic oil removal+emulsion spray+dry filtration+activated carbon adsorption"was adopted in this project.The concentrations of non-methane total hydrocarbon,oil fume and malodorous waste gas exported by the treatment equipment were 9.2,5.8 mg/m^(3) and 604(non dimensional)respectively,which have met the emission standard of pollutants for synthetic resin industry(GB 31572—2015),standards of air pollutants for dyeing and finishing of Textile Industry(DB 33/96—2015) and the emission standards for odor pollutants(GB 14554—1993).Besides,the removal efficiency of non-methane total hydrocarbon,oil fume and malodorous were 89.3%,98.2%and 82.7%,respectively.The treatment system has the advantages of stable operation,high removal efficiency and convenient management,which can provide reference for similar waste gas treatment.
