浅析垂管后驻市生态环境监测中心在环境应急监测中的作用

A Brief Analysis on the Role of Prefecture-level City Ecological Environment Monitoring Center in Ecological Emergency Monitoring Under Vertical Management Mode

全国各地环境污染事件不断发生,造成了人员伤亡和财产损失,严重影响事发地的生态环境质量。本文根据突发环境污染事件的特点及对应急监测的要求,提出应该以驻市生态环境监测中心作为环境应急监测的主力军。阐述了驻市生态环境监测中心作为应急环境监测主力军面临的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决问题的建议和策略,期望为政府管理者在应对环境应急监测工作时提供一些有益的参考。

Environmental pollution incidents occur constantly throughout the country,causing casualties and property losses,and seriously affecting the ecological environment quality of the site.According to the characteristics of environmental pollution incidents and the requirements of environmental emergency monitoring,this paper puts forward that the prefecture-level city ecological environment monitoring center should be taken as the main force of environmental emergency monitoring.This paper states the main problems faced by the prefecture-level city ecological environment monitoring center as the main force of environmental emergency monitoring,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and strategies to solve these problems,hoping to provide some useful references for the government managers to deal with the environmental emergency monitoring work.
