雾化吸入在支气管镜检查中具有一定的辅助作用。为科学、合理地使用雾化吸入药物,规范雾化流程,云南省传染性疾病临床研究中心及云南省医学会呼吸病学分会青年委员会的专家组成员,依据国内外临床实践经验及研究成果,制订了云南省雾化吸入药物及雾化方法选择的专家共识,以指导云南地区医务人员选择雾化药物及规范雾化吸入流程。该专家共识的制订,旨在降低支气管镜检查的风险,减少或避免并发症的发生。

Atomization inhalation plays an auxiliary role in bronchoscopy.In order to scientifically and reasonably use atomized inhalation drugs and standardize the atomization process,the expert group members of Yunnan Provincial Clinical Research Center for Infectious Diseases and the Youth Committee of Respiratory Diseases Branch of Yunnan Medical Association have formulated the Yunnan Expert Consensus on the selection of atomized inhalation drugs and atomization methods based on the clinical practice experience and research results at home and abroad to guide the medical staff in Yunnan to select atomized drugs and standardize the atomization inhalation process.The expert consensus is formulated to reduce the risk of bronchoscopy and reduce or avoid complications.
