品管圈在缩短高峰时段出院带药候药时间中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的基于“品管圈”质量管理工具,探索缩短高峰时段出院带药候药时间的对策,提升药学服务效率。方法成立“品管圈”小组,严格按照“品管圈”实施步骤开展活动。查检活动前(2020年1月)、活动后(2020年11月)高峰时段出院带药候药时间,以活动开展前的出院带药候药时间为对照组,活动开展后出院带药候药时间为研究组。找出候药时间长的真因,重点探索信息化对策,设计开发出院带药闭环管理系统。对比活动前后高峰时段出院带药候药时间,评价对策的有效性,计算目标达成率、进步率。结果出院带药闭环管理系统研发成功并应用于出院带药调剂配送签收全流程,有效缩短了高峰时段出院带药候药时间,由活动前89.50 min降至49.50 min,目标达成率105.24%,进步率44.69%。结论“品管圈”是医疗质量管理中常用的工具,通过此次品管圈活动,优化了出院带药工作流程,缩短了高峰时段患者候药时间,提高了工作效率及药事服务质量。 Objective To explore the countermeasures to shorten the waiting time during peak hours of discharge with medicine based on the"quality control circle"(QCC)quality management tools,so as to improve the efficiency of pharmacy services.Methods The QCC team was established to carry out activities in strict accordance with the implementation steps of QCC technique.The waiting time during peak hours of discharge with medicine before(January 2020)and after(November 2020)the implementation of the activity was checked,taking the waiting time of discharge with medicine before the activity as the control group,and the waiting time of discharge with medicine after the activity as the study group.The QCC team was intended to find the real cause of the long waiting time for medicine,thereby further exploring information-based countermeasures and designing and developing a closed-loop management system for discharge with medicine.The effectiveness of the countermeasures was evaluated,and the target achievement rate and progress rate were calculated by comparing the waiting time during peak hours of discharge with medicine before and after the activity.Results The closed-loop management system for discharge with medicine was successfully developed and applied to the whole process of discharge with medicine in terms of medicine dispensing,distribution and receiving,which effectively shortened the waiting time during peak hours of discharge with medicine,with the waiting time decreased from 89.50min before the activity to 49.50 min after the activity,and a target achievement rate of 105.24% and progress rate of 44.69%.Conclusion QCC is a frequently used tool in medical quality management.The implementation of this QCC activity optimizes the workflow of discharge with medicine,shortens the waiting time for patients during peak hours,and improves the efficiency and quality of pharmacy services.
