摘要
随着工业互联网4.0时代的到来,工业数据和各类设备急剧增长,传统的单节点、单通道网络调试软件已经无法满足需求。基于此,笔者利用网络传输框架、消息中间件等技术,设计一款具有多通道、高并发、低延迟等特点的通信软件。在传输层中,利用消息中间件和数据库存储模型研发了一套适用于工业大数据环境的幂等性架构;在网络层中,利用消息中间件来实现系统多节点的事务。实验结果表明,该软件可以稳定运行。
With the advent of the era of Industrial Internet 4.0, industrial data and all kinds of equipment grow rapidly, and The traditional single node and single channel network debugging software has been unable to meet the demand. Based on this,the author uses network transmission framework, message middleware and other technologies to design a communication software with the characteristics of multi-channel, high concurrency and low delay. In the industrial link layer, the intersecting multipath network coding model is used to make the packets transmit in parallel on the multi-channel full-duplex wireless sensor network,so as to reduce the number of route discovery and achieve the optimal network transmission conditions. In the transport layer, a set of idempotent architecture suitable for industrial big data environment is developed by using message-oriented middleware and database storage model effectively. In the network layer, message-oriented middleware is used to implement multi-node transactions.Experimental results show that the software can run effectively and stably.
