摘要
随着VUCA(指变幻莫测)时代的到来,越来越多的企业走向了数字化、平台化的转型之路,人才和企业的关系也逐渐从“为我所有”发展为“为我所用”。大型企业聚焦于开放性、全球化的不连续性创新,旨在获得新的竞争优势。新兴市场企业通过开放式创新、本地化创新和整合式创新的模式选择,克服外来者劣势,实现知识逆向转移与资源优势互补,提升全球化创新水平与国际竞争力。随着组织边界的模糊,行业生态的形成,全球化创新战略选择的影响因素、人才和组织新型关系的重塑以及跨国团队的柔性管理策略探索仍是未来有待研究的主题。
With the advent of the VUCA era,more and more companies are moving towards digital and platform-based transformation,and the relationship between employees and companies has gradually evolved from"for my own"to"for my use".Large firms focus on open,globalized and discontinuous innovations and aim to gain new competitive advantages.Through the choice of open innovation,localized innovation and integrated innovation,companies in emerging markets overcome the liabilities of outsiders,realize the reverse transfer of knowledge and complement each other's resources,and enhance the level of global innovation and international competitiveness.With the blurring of organizational boundaries and the formation of industry ecology,the factors affecting the choice of global innovation strategy,the reshaping of new relationships between talents and organizations,and the exploration of flexible management strategies for multinational teams are still topics to be studied in the future.
