射流闪蒸研究进展及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 射流闪蒸具有结合射流破碎过程中多变的气液交界面与闪蒸耦合强化传热传质的优点,有较好的应用价值。根据射流闪蒸耦合强化特点,首先从射流与闪蒸角度出发,分别介绍射流破碎与闪蒸的基本原理及相关研究进展;随后,基于射流闪蒸的应用领域研究,重点介绍射流闪蒸技术在脱盐工艺、换热冷却、微纳米反应、燃料预混等的应用;最后,从射流闪蒸中的特征现象出发,对射流闪蒸过程中的动量传递、热量传递与质量传递方面进行了综述。研究表明:射流闪蒸耦合强化技术在强化传热传质方面具有很大的优越性,工业化应用的潜在价值巨大。 Jet flash evaporation posses the advantages of combining the changeable gas-liquid interface in the process of jet breaking and the coupling of flash evaporation to enhance heat and mass transfer, and has a good application value.According to the characteristics of jet flash coupling enhancement, the basic principles and related research progress of jet breaking and flash are firstly introduced respectively.Subsequently, based on the research on the application field of jet flash evaporation, the application of jet flash evaporation technology in desalination process, heat exchange cooling, micro-nano reaction, fuel premixing, etc., is mainly presented.Finally, from the standpoint of the characteristic phenomena in jet flash evaporation, the research on momentum transfer, heat transfer and mass transfer in the jet flash evaporation process is expounded.According to researches at home and abroad, it can be proved that the jet flash coupling enhancement technology has great advantages in enhancing heat and mass transfer, and the potential value of industrial application is huge.
