聚甲酚磺醛溶液联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈炎的疗效及对NKTs、IL-2、IL-10的影响

Efficacy of policresulen solution combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervicitis and its effect on NKTs,IL-2 and IL-10

目的 观察聚甲酚磺醛溶液联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈炎的疗效及其对患者自然杀伤T细胞(NKTs)、白介素-2(IL-2)和白介素-10(IL-10)的影响。方法 选择2019年6月—2020年6月海南省屯昌县人民医院收治的宫颈炎患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予聚甲酚磺醛溶液联合保妇康栓治疗,对照组给予保妇康栓治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、住院时间、治疗前后阴道清洁度、NKTs、IL-2和IL-10水平及生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(χ^(2)=6.135,P=0.013);观察组患者住院时间为(15.52±3.15) d,短于对照组的(20.23±3.18) d(t=6.655,P=0.000);治疗60 d后,除对照组重度阴道炎症等级无明显变化(P>0.05),2组阴道清洁度等级均改善,且观察组阴道炎症轻度患者占比高于对照组,重度患者占比低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗60 d后,2组患者NKTs、IL-2、IL-10水平及生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患者高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 聚甲酚磺醛溶液联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状及疾病相关指标,促进患者身体恢复,提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of policresulen solution combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervicitis and its effect on natural killer T cells( NKTs),interleukin-2( IL-2) and interleukin-10( IL-10).Methods A total of 80 patients with cervicitis admitted to the People’s Hospital of Tunchang County,Hainan Province from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given policresulen solution combined with Baofukang suppository,and the control group was given Baofukang suppository. The clinical efficacy,hospital stay,vaginal cleanliness,NKTs,IL-2 and IL-10 levels and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 97. 50%,which was higher than 80. 00% in the control group( χ^(2)= 6. 135,P =0. 013). The hospitalization time of the observation group was( 15. 52 ± 3. 15) d,which was shorter than( 20. 23 ± 3. 18) d of the control group( t = 6. 655,P = 0. 000). After 60 days of treatment,except that the grade of severe vaginitis in the control group did not change significantly( P > 0. 05),the grades of vaginal cleanliness in both groups were improved,and the proportion of patients with mild vaginitis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with severe vaginitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05);After 60 days of treatment,the levels of NKTs,IL-2,IL-10 and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Policresulen solution combined with Baofukang suppository has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cervicitis,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and disease-related indicators of patients,promote the recovery of the patient’s body,and improve the quality of life of the patient,which has high clinical application value.
