农产品质量安全检测技术探讨

蔬菜、水果等农产品在生产过程中大规模地应用农药和农药品种不规范等问题,导致农药残留问题越发严重,农药残留超标中毒事件频频出现,给消费者的身体健康构成巨大威胁。因此,需要对农产品质量安全问题给予充分重视,不断加强农产品质量安全检测技术研究工作,提高农产品质量安全检测水平,进而推进农业健康发展,充分保障人民群众“舌尖上的安全”。
