摘要
冶金生产过程中,液压和润滑系统在设备正常运行中起着举足轻重的作用。因此,油品净化的管控,是各企业长期面临的一项持续性工作。最常见的净化方式有过滤式、真空过滤式两种方式。根据原理和优缺点进行对比分析,过滤式和真空过滤式方法净化效果一般、性价比低、适用工况少,而离心式油品净化方式可以真正达到高效率低消耗的净化。对离心式油品净化方式进行调研、试用和运行追踪,实测数据表明该离心净化方式确实能够满足炉前液压油油品净化的需求。
In the metallurgical production process,the hydraulic and lubrication system plays an important role in the normal operation of the equipment,Therefore,the control of oil purification is a long-term continuous work faced by various enterprises.The most common purification methods are filtration and vacuum filtration.Comparative analysis was carried out according to the principle and advantages and disadvantages.Filtration and vacuum filtration methods had general purification effect,low cost-effective,less applicable conditions and other shortcomings,while using centrifugal oil purification method can really achieve high efficiency and low consumption of purification.The centrifugal oil purification method was investigated,trial run and operation tracked.The test data show that the centrifugal purification method can really meet the needs of oil purification of hydraulic oil in front of the furnace.
