摘要
密封圈年久老化、密封槽较浅或密封圈尺寸不合适等都会导致汽车滑阀箱漏油。为了解决滑阀箱由于设计缺陷造成的漏油问题,对滑阀箱进行激光扫描,通过逆向工程建立滑阀箱随形密封圈模具三维模型,再通过光固化3D打印技术制作出模具,最后将配比好的硅橡胶和固化剂混合液浇注在模具内,通过反应注塑得到密封圈。采用逆向工程与3D打印结合的方式制作随形密封圈与传统注塑模具制造方式相比,缩短了模具制作周期,降低了模具制作成本。通过实验验证,有效解决了某汽车滑阀箱漏油问题。
Aging of sealing ring, shallow sealing groove or improper size of sealing ring will cause oil leakage of automobile slide valve box. Aiming at the problem of oil leakage caused by design defects of the slide valve box, laser scanning was carried on the slide valve box.Through reverse engineering technology, the three-dimensional model of the mold of the conformal sealing ring of the slide valve box was established, then the mold was printed out by stereo lithography 3 D printing technology. Finally a mixture of silicone rubber and curing agent was poured into the mold and a sealing ring was obtained by reaction injection.Compared with the traditional injection mold production method, the use of reverse engineering and 3 D printing to produce conformal sealing rings can shorten the mold production cycle and reduce mold production cost.Through experimental verification, the oil leakage problem of a automobile slide valve boxis solved effectively.
