摘要 为解决企业生产制造过程中存在的技术更新速度慢、升级再造难、多技术融合程度低等问题,以印章加工微型智慧工厂为对象,采用数字孪生技术,设计物理与虚拟交互平台。通过实现印章的智能存储、智能加工、智能检测、智能装配的生产全过程,达到物理和虚拟空间人、事、物全要素的映射。该平台能够实现量化、可视化的管理,并可对生产配置、加工、流通等环节进行智能化分析。该方法为传统精益方法的定量分析提供了参考。 In order to solve the problems in the manufacturing process of enterprises,such as slow technology update speed,difficult upgrading and reengineering,and poor level of multi-technology integration,taking a miniature smart factory of seal processing as the object,the physical and virtual interactive platform was designed by using digital twin technology.By realizing the whole production process of intelligent storage,intelligent processing,intelligent detection and intelligent assembly of seals,the mapping of all elements of everything and everyone in physical and virtual space was achieved.The platform can be used to realize quantitative,visual management,and the intelligent analysis of production configuration,processing,circulation and other links.This method provides reference for the quantitative analysis of traditional lean methods.
