摘要
作为新一代信息技术在制造全生命周期内的集成应用,智能制造已成为高端装备制造业的核心组成部分,对于优化机床产业结构、提升产业链价值、增强产业市场竞争力具有及其重要意义。详细介绍我国机床产业与智能制造的发展现状,分析在发展过程中存在的突出问题并加以总结概括,阐述了我国机床产业智能制造的关键技术,并针对我国机床产业智能制造提出了有针对性的发展对策。
As the integrated application of new generation information technology in the whole life cycle of manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing has become the core part of advanced equipment manufacturing industry,which has great significance to optimize the industrial structure of machine tools,enhance the value of industrial chain,and boost the competitiveness of industrial market.The development status of intelligent manufacturing and machine tool industry of our country were introduced,the outstanding problems in the development process were analyzed and summarized,the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing of machine tool industry were described,some countermeasures for the intelligent manufacturing of machine tool industry in China were put forward.
