摘要
针对仓库监控的滞后性、物流状态信息存在获取精度较低和系统缺乏智能性等问题,利用人工智能技术设计出智能物流仓库园区安全感知系统。通过构建物流布控元节点模型,分析物流供应在运作过程中流经的环节,并根据相应环节构建物流监控环境,实现物料流转的可视化。系统可用于同时监控仓库的温度、湿度和火灾情况,并将数据通过Zigbee技术发送到管理中心的计算机,计算机对其进行处理和分析。试验表明,监测出的物流仓库温度的绝对误差<0.5℃,湿度的绝对误差<3%,系统性能可靠,具有实用价值。
Aiming at the lag of warehouse monitoring,the low accuracy of obtaining logistics status information,and lack of intelligence in the system,the artificial intelligence technology is used to design a security perception system for intelligent logistics warehouse parks.By constructing a meta-node model of logistics deployment and control,it analyzes the links that logistics supply flows through in the operation process,and builds a logistics monitoring environment according to the corresponding links to realize the visualization of material flow.This system can be used to monitor the temperature,humidity and fire conditions of the warehouse at the same time,and send the data to the computer of the management center by means of Zigbee technology,and the computer will process and analyze the information.The test shows that the absolute error of the monitored logistics warehouse temperature is<0.5℃,and the absolute error of the humidity is<3%,the system performance is reliable,and this technology has practical value.
