突发公共卫生事件下供电设备应急远程检修方法

摘要 为了更好地应对突发公共卫生事件,提高应急供电设备检修能力,提出供电设备应急远程检修方法。引入云计算和分布式传感网络监测方法;采集供电设备的故障约束参量包括电容并联支路参数、高频电流信号特征量、电流频域特征和电压突变特征;对供电设备故障信息的关联规则调度和属性辨识;联合专家系统分析供电设备的故障参数远程辨识和类型;对突发公共卫生事件下供电设备应急远程检修。仿真测试结果表明,方法适应度水平较高,故障诊断能力较强,提高了供电设备应急远程检修的效率。 In order to better respond to public health emergencies and improve the maintenance ability of emergency power supply equipment,a method for emergency remote maintenance of power supply equipment was proposed.The whole idea was as follows:introduce cloud computing and distributed sensor network monitoring methods;collect fault constraint parameters of power supply equipment,including capacitor parallel branch parameters,high-frequency current signal characteristic quantities,current frequency domain characteristics and voltage mutation characteristics,in combination with correlative regular scheduling and attribute identification of power supply equipment fault information;analyze the remote identification and types of fault parameters of power supply equipment by means of expert systems;provide emergency remote maintenance for power supply equipment under public health emergencies.The simulation test results show that the method has a high level of adaptability and a strong fault diagnosis ability,which improves the efficiency of emergency remote maintenance of power supply equipment.
