摘要
智能电网中,配电系统安全运行的前提是需要正确的网络拓扑信息。当线路中断时,配电网的运行拓扑会发生改变。提出了一种基于传感器测量的中断检测方法。利用节点传感器和线路传感器这两种传感器类型,结合二元决策变量的成本优化问题,提出了一种新的传感器优化配置方法,即在每条总线/线路上放置或不放置传感器。试验结果表明,提出的策略独立于负荷预测统计,并且具有成本效益,能够满足实际需求。
In the smart grid,the prerequisite for the safe operation of the power distribution system is the need for correct network topology information.When the line is interrupted,the operating topology of the distribution network will change.To this end,an interrupt detection method based on sensor measurement was proposed.Using two sensor types,namely node sensor and line sensor,combined with the cost optimization problem of binary decision variables,a new sensor optimal configuration method was proposed.That is,placing or not placing sensors on each bus/line.Experimental results show that the proposed strategy is independent of load forecasting statistics,is cost-effective,and can meet actual needs.
