摘要
导学关系失范是不同主体间权责界限模糊的结果,尊师传统的道义赋权、学术自由的价值支撑、信守契约的规则要求以及职业权力的外部认同成为导学间权责失衡的现实基础。大学是致力于知识生产和专业发展的教育机构,导学关系的价值原型是专业共同体,从工具理性至上的权力逻辑走向生本价值为先的专业逻辑是建立良性导学关系的必由之路。
The anomie of the teacher-student relationship is the result of the blurring of the power and responsibility boundaries between different subjects.The traditional moral empowerment of respecting the teacher,the value support of academic freedom,the rule requirements of abiding by the contract,and the external identification of professional power have become the cause of the power imbalance between the tutoring and learning realistic foundation.A university is an educational institution dedicated to knowledge production and professional progress,and the value prototype of the teacher-student relationship is the professional community.From the power logic of instrumental rationality to the professional logic of student value first,it is the only way to establish a benign teacher-student relationship.
