摘要 化疗性卵巢功能不全是一种医源性疾病,表现为化疗后卵泡闭锁、卵巢储备持续下降、卵巢功能减退甚至衰竭,对女性生育力有不可逆转的损伤。近年来,细胞自噬与化疗性卵巢功能不全的关系备受关注。本文对化疗性卵巢功能不全中的细胞自噬水平及相关分子机制进行总结,旨在为化疗性卵巢功能不全发病机制的深入研究及卵巢保护剂的开发提供参考。 Chemotherapy-induced ovarian insufficiency is an iatrogenic disease,which is characterized by follicular atresia,continuous decline of ovarian reserve,ovarian dysfunction and even failure after chemotherapy,which has irreversible damage to female fertility.The relationship between autophagy and chemotherapy-induced ovarian insufficiency has attracted more and more attention.This paper reviews the level of autophagy in chemotherapy-induced ovarian insufficiency and the related molecular mechanisms to explore the mechanism of chemotherapy-induced ovarian insufficiency,in order to provide new insight for the further study and the development of ovarian protective agents.
