摘要
在乙烯装置生产运行实践中对提高终馏点约10℃的重石脑油进行了原料分析和裂解性能评价。结果表明:重石脑油中重质部分主要集中在90%馏点到终馏点这段馏程;该原料在储罐中分层严重,切罐过程对系统影响较大;在适宜的裂解条件下,乙烯、丙烯、碳四收率分别为33.9%,14.79%,8.56%;对比普通石脑油,裂解产物中氢气、丙烯、燃料油的收率变化较小,甲烷、乙烯收率有所下降,混合碳四、裂解汽油收率有一定程度的升高,在炼化一体统筹考虑经济效益时该重石脑油可作为合适的裂解原料。
Raw material analysis and cracking performance evaluation of heavy naphtha with an increase of about 10℃in final boiling point during the operation of ethylene plant were carried out.The results showed that the heavy components of heavy naphtha were mainly concentrated in a distillation range from 90%boiling point to final boiling point.This raw material was stratified seriously in the storage tank,and the tank switching process had a great impact on the system.Under suitable cracking conditions,the yields of ethylene,propylene and C 4 were 33.9%,14.79%and 8.56%respectively.Compared with ordinary naphtha,the yields of hydrogen,propylene and fuel oil in cracking products changed slightly,the yields of methane and ethylene decreased a little,and the yields of mixed C 4 and pyrolysis gasoline increased somewhat.It can be a suitable cracking raw material when economic benefit is considered for refinery and petrochemical integration.
