高等教育公平的两重性:隐藏的不公与想象的公平

The Duality of Higher Education Equity:Hidden Injustice and Imaginary Fairness

在高等教育中公平作为一种价值是重要的,也是值得追求的,但对于公平的追求不能走极端。高等教育公平的实现面临“隐藏的不公”和“想象的公平”双重约束。对于高等教育公平的探究需要尽力揭示机会平等背后隐藏的不公,并尽可能避免脱离实际去想象一种完美的公平。实践中危及高等教育公平的不只是不公平还有我们对于公平的不切实际的追求。理论上只有揭开了那些“隐藏的不公”才能找到通往真正的公平的路径;实践中只有摆脱了对于“想象的公平”的执迷才有可能实现真正的公平。

In higher education,fairness is an important value that is worth pursuing.But the pursuit of fairness cannot go to extremes.The realization of higher education equity faces the dual constraints of "hidden injustice" and "imaginary equity".To explore the fairness of higher education,we need to try our best to reveal the injustice behind the equality of opportunity,and try our best to avoid being divorced from reality to imagine a perfect fairness.In practice,what endangers the fairness of higher education is not only unfairness,but also our unrealistic pursuit of fairness.Theoretically,only by uncovering those "hidden injustices" can we find the path to real fairness;in practice,only by getting rid of the obsession with "imaginary fairness" can we realize true fairness.
